Storybook Poem by Alavi Maliha

Storybook

Pages turned into ashes
Of a lonely storybook,
Here lies love, lust or hatred
With a stranded fragile look.
You could get lost in a forever of dreams
But forever dies; believe me,
It never is a fairy tale like it seems.
Forgiven you will be; your soul, your lies
Forgotten it will be; your love, your sighs!
So burn the page
Of those lonely storybooks,
‘Cause fairytale dies, too
My love, life isn't the way it looks!
