Living Things Poem by Alavi Maliha

Living Things

Rating: 3.5

Breathe as you wonder why
Night howls with those sleepless sighs,
And I run into the void too soon.
Where dawn rushes to oblivion,
And I rush to you.
Faded till the nights burn like fire,
Her soul echoes through the living desire
To the eternity she fled within.
And still she wonders why,
Those nights howl through the endless sighs
Too late the void sang,
And here her memories fly.
