Strange Moments Poem by Guess Who

Strange Moments

Ever been asked about that moment?
The moment you feel like' No comment'
Sitting around just lonely
Like you used to do daily
Waiting for a message reply
Waiting for a bird to fly
Waiting with hope
The bird unable to cope
The bird full of despair
You just stay and prove you care
You just give him happiness to try
It doesn't hurt touching the sky
It does tickle at the beginning
It's like a dream of loving
You touch the sky then the space
You go much beyond leaving no trace
You go away seeking the moons
Just to find a world only of ruins
The moment you feel the awful fail
Can't come back you lost the trail
You're just stuck out there
Can't even climb to heaven's stair
You're there waiting for aid
Alone dirty and afraid
Only then shall you understand
The feel of being unable to stand
The feel of being humiliated
The feel of being alone in a cage
The feel of being sucked by rage
The feel of wanting to destroy
That's when your used as a decoy
After all you're no more than a bird
After all you're no more than a word
A word written many times
A word that signed my crimes
You will never understand me
Because I'll stay a mystery
