I can't trek home!
The roots won't let me,
The deep won't leave me,
It's down the hills,
The crown's bear the bills.
Can't run home,
The kids won't know me,
Grown now, the years bend me,
The facial mark's,
Stretch mark's dim my spark.
I won't know home!
The paths won't take me,
Risen like a forest,
Rolled by the wilds,
In our native fields.
The feast won't invite me,
Isolated in my humble home,
When the kings asked a favour,
For what they smell and savour,
I'm judge by my behaviour.
