Strangers House Poem by tristan loveday

Strangers House

Rating: 0.5

Its dark, im alone
just sitting, doin nothing
this isnt my house, this isn't my place
why did they let me in?
why do they trust me to
alone...here...by myslef

silent is all i hear in here
but baby cries as she gets her bath
and the different language they speak,
these voices coming down to where im sat

tick, tock, tick, tock......
i want to get up, help them...talk to them
but who am i?
they dont know me...will they care?
im just a stranger

i dont dare to move...i dont want them to
fall into a conclusion...while im sat
here...alone, all by myself, in someone
elses house...in a strangers house...
what will happen next?
