Strength Poem by Ashwin Alex

Strength

Out of the darkness and sorrow
wishing if i had some strength to borrow
no miracles or marvels do i ask for
just enough strength to carry on

Cherish the days before being chained
having ruined the best i ever had
life was all about regrets
until i met the one who saves

With a new name he called
despite the sins untold
and all the temptations around
to live my life beyond
