Stress - Poem by Shalia Robinson

Stressful Situations....
Call for certain limitations.
Of appreciation....
Of the process of being made.
But we tend to get mad
Instead of being glad, for our problems.
Even though sometimes we cant solve them.
Patience...
Endurance...
Assurance ...
That everything is going to be okay in the future.
Oh how it's hard to focus on the future.
When your present is in your face.
Reminding you of the taste from the past.
That lingers and still last.
Headaches...
Anxiety Attacks...
Vision lacks...
Fatigue...
The problems of life doesn't seem to be at ease.
But starting to get into the mind.
Changing the perspective..now it's why
What to do now?
How?
When?
Help Me!
From the enemy in our mind.
That's causing us to live back in time.
Stress...
It's a mess..
But we can defeat it.
With the change in our perception.
The Key is ACCEPTANCE! ! ! !
