Suicide Poem by Lauren May

Suicide

This poem was one of my first poems I have ever wrote. I don't remember what was runnning through my head when I wrote this. These children, teens, and even adults end up killling themselves because of the monsters who torment and harrass the human beigs who are different. I'm tired of hearing the stories about suicide victims. I wrote this poem, most likely, to get a point across that if you hurt someone, physically or emotionally, this is what happens.

So many have cried,
They felt no one tried,
Tried to care.
To end their pain,
They found this train;
It was the easy way out,
Without a doubt.
They thought it was best,
With no one to trust.
So many names and days,
All different ways.
Yeah,
They are gone now,
From life;
They are still here
In our hearts and minds.
It wasn't their time,
But they already left,
To join the Sorrows of Death.
So many have cried,
They felt no one tried,
Tried to save a life.
They stepped on a train
To end their pain.
They died
Because something pulled them in.
It's name
Is Suicide.
