Suicides Nightmare Part 2 Poem by Micah Wing

Suicides Nightmare Part 2

Rating: 5.0

These nightmares are so real,
Are they ever going to stop? !
So many of your family knows how I feel.
It feels like my heart is going to drop.

Every night it is the same dream,
I open my mouth and it is a silent scream.
I see you and try to run,
I try to reach you to take the gun.
I open my mouth and am unable to shout,
I try to run but my feet are stuck and can't get out.

I see you standing there alone and sad,
I try to cheer you up with memories of good times we had.
I tell you that you are never alone,
Your family will always be there as strong as stone.

We will always remember you, my friend
I just wish we had another moment to spend
I miss the jokes that you used to make
It just gets harder with every breath I take

We love you brother, and always will
We show it with every tear we spill.
When you left, you took a piece of all of our heart,
Because of that we will never truly be apart.

Deep passionate piece of poetry, an insightful depiction of the horrors of nightmare, well articulated and nicely penned in good rhyme scheme with conviction. A lovely poem indeed. Thanks for sharing Micah. Please read my poem THE OBSESSIVE AGONY OF LUST.
