we was once a happy couple
then we became nothing but a fight
i thought we could work through the pain
then she came
she messed up how i thought
she tore up my broken heart
you moved on then i saw
that it was you i loved most of all...
now i sit and wait for my chance
maybe it was just a summers romance
if you change your mind in time
just know i wont run and hide
because this time
im not wanting just one more time
i am wanting the rest of our lives...
