Sun Poem by Marly Santos

Sun

Oh sun, you that all morning touch my body in my bed,

With its light through window.

You that pass twelve hours lighting up my life.

You that pass over my home every day.

You that all to see, because light up all things.

You that to see my dear loved.

Say to him, come back home,

Because I am waiting him.

And that he always was the reason of my life,

And I need his love to live.

Say to him also, that he lives into my heart,

And doesn´t need to pay for it.

Finding a good companion in the absence of the adored one and wanting it to act as a messenger and convey the message of love to the loved one. The light of Sun has been used very eloquently as a gleam of hope in darkened life to light up the melancholic inner vibe.....10/10
