Sunrise In An Empty Field Poem by Mohammad Younus

Sunrise In An Empty Field

Sunrise in an Empty Field
Time and love wait for none,
Save those who gaze beyond the mirrors,
To behold the emerald fire of beauty,
Where peace of heart and mind resides.

I peered through the golden wall of mirrors,
And in a breath, truth unveiled itself.
Shimmering light and vivid hues—
Reflected back, a fragment of eternity.

I wandered through fields of growing wonder,
Anointed my weary eyes with beauty's balm.
Their wounds were healed, and I beheld—
The sun of unity in a single, sacred glance.

The midnight stars dissolved to dawn,
As day unveiled its hymn of unity begun.
