Superman - Poem by Dan Bond
Curse you Superman, for your perfect hair, beautiful blue biceps and cockerel red codpiece.
You are so fecking fantastic and not a bit like me.
Curse you Superman, for setting the bar of female expectation so high.
I can't even fly never mind all that supper strength stuff.
Curse you Superman, for your split personality, your two-faced approach to every problem.
You are a man with a cool secret kept from your nearest and dearest but shared with an International readership.
Curse you Superman for your weakness is your home, when confronted with just a fragment you lose the ability to be super and you are just a man……….
……………. in tights.
