Let the music take you away
to far off lands & sites to be seen
allow your mood to morph from
volumes of feeling cascading
through emotional calm into
Frenzied bouts of happy and sad

melodies lull you into hypnotic abandon
easily as power cords drive anger and angst
to the fore rapidly repetitious beats
inviting feet to express joy while
the head bobs, twirls & twists
with undulating time. Sway. sway
to tunes of nostelgic ditties
remember- whens resounding & whooshing
memories long past into present.

Rocking the bass of sensation as hours while away
on a cloud of treble caught in a snare of
rat-tat-tats marching the beat in time
home to the hearts depths. Surging. Surging.
you know the words. So hum along.

Lyrical testimonies playing out messages of
Love, self consciousness, empowerment
and nonsense. That's my song! play it again.
take me away bringing back all of.the past
uplift me to another level of bliss, tragedy and
of fluffy fun. Feel how those notes, words,
vocals & tones transport to the unknown
strange crazy familiar zones
into the future.
