Sweet Irish Rose Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Sweet Irish Rose

A four-leaf clover pendent
recalled days of long ago
when he lived in the beautiful
Emerald Isles, where the
Shannon Waters flow...He
left his love in that fair land
where they kissed the famed
Blarney Stone, but he will
love once more on that fair
golden shore when he marries
his sweet Irish Rose.
