Sweet Like Jam Poem by Sotirios Skoufis

Sweet Like Jam

Four to one
My core is one
So let her free
So let her be

If she want she will come
She knows I'm here
And want her near
I have no fear

I am complete
I am discrete
I do stand
on my own feet

Maybe she's scared
Or unaware
Wants to compare
So let her try

Maybe she'll see
My love is real
And will not flee
And make a place

Into her heart
Maybe she feels
Good in her heels
When she's with me

Down on my knee
Just like a knight
I feel alright
I'm not possessive

I'm just reflective
I'm not aggressive
Just showed my love
And let her know

I do want her
To run the show
I was direct
I was correct

She knows it all
I have no wall
I do have work
I'm not a jerk

I do not play
My love I spray
A change she needs
Thats what she said

To move she wants
And just get wed
Came to my heart
Teared walls apart

She is so smart
She is so honest
She's so beautiful
She's so modest

Hard shell she has
Just for protection
She has no rings
Wears no lipstick

Nails have no paint
She's like a saint
I think at her
I feel I'll faint

My heart beats fast
I do miss her
From where I am
I'm not a scam

She's sweet like jam
