Taiwan Typhoon Morakot(2) (When Nature Strikes Back)

Their properties disappeared in one night,
which were the saving of all their lives.
The houses collapsed like a house of card,
and washed away in massive sliding mud.
The cars were carried away in raging current,
maybe now submerged in ocean bed.
The trees were mowed down with the root up,
as the wind blew very strong and hard.
In muddy soil, dead pigs, chickens started to decay and bloat.
In the dirty ponds dead fish started to stink and float.
Under the mud the whole villages got buried.
No one was saved though rescuers hurried.
Into a valley, a rescuing helicopter crashed,
All 3 pilots on board were sent to death.

When the Nature strikes back,
venting its vengeful wrath,
human life become so fragile,
a true fact no one can deny.
