Take A Breath Poem by Carolyn Brunelle

Take A Breath

All the crushing demands and
anxious, stressful, rushed moments
make it easy to get lost in
this world's confusion and static.

Rare is that touch of the divine
when time suspends itself
beyond the curse of incessant doing;
speaks only to say,

“BE STILL...

fill your lungs with life
and just breathe.”
