Shadow in the Night
Taken From - Poem by Shadow in the Night
They take my heart.
They take my happiness.
They take my brain,
and my patience.
But what they take the most of is my love.
Because no matter how much they hurt me,
I still stand by and help them.
I still stand with them, and hurt myself.
I listen to all their stupid problems.
And help everyone but myself.
What do I do, when everyone leaves me?
If I end up stuck with no one.
Because they never really cared about me.
What do I do when I need to talk.
But they won't listen.
They've taken me.
And I will fight to get myself back.
Fight for myself.
