Why do I do this to myself?
Gone way past waiting until the last minute
Gone way past days past due

Why do I push myself to avoid
that which I need to complete and achieve today

Why procrastinate to fail
So many easier ways to fail

Why be so indecisive
If you had decided, the matter would be done

Why do I do this to myself?
Almost forcing others to chase me down

Why am I doing this to myself?
Holding all back when I can be so much better
When I am really greater

Why don't I be my admirable self?
Why do I seem to seek a slacker more and more?
Is the tempo really slowing down?
No, it is just getting choppy and stormy

Your boat will capsize
It will sink

But you can prevent this tragedy

Why do you do this to yourself?
Hold back, unsure of all you do

Why don't you charge on with full power, full speed, total efficiency?

Just do it.
Just go.

Surprise yourself and all those you know
