Taking my place
Is the boy standing next to you
I didnt want to belive it
But now i know it's really true

I use to be your best friend
The one you called every night
But now, because of him
All we ever do is fight

Noone understand you
At least not me anymore
Because now he is the only one
That you are ever there for

I never thought
I would see the day
When you'd let a guy like him
Take my place

The place as your sister
The place as your best friend
But i guess every good realationship
Has to come to an end

And because of you
Im no longer your best friend
You can no longer call me sister
I will not be there for you to fight and defend

This is what happens
When you let him take my place
Our really good friendship
Has gotten erased

Because of you
This is the end
I am no longer able
To call you my best friend.
