I seek out to you
As i walk across the road into the tall grass
You pull me down and laugh as i 'EP! '
And slap your arm as you roll me in the grass

You say something I've heard a hundred times and cherish
I repeat 'Love you' before you hug and kiss me
And ask me how my day was
But you know the answer so i just stare at you,

My personal God,
And watch the breeze blow your hair around
Your adorable face, as you light the sky with a smile
You call me your little angel Goddess and i call you crazy

But i know as we watch the sunrise
That this wont go on forever
We must go our separate ways
And you have to be successful

I won't hold you back and that's what i tell you
But i know you never listen
You just say I'm part of your success

And there we stay, all afternoon asleep
hugging each other
