Tangled Poem by Vani Agarwal

Tangled

there are times when I feel like writing,
but all the thoughts in my head keep fighting.
where I want to write the valiant king,
I randomly shift to a wrestling ring!
but I don't like it and Scribble all over with my pen,
saddened I decide to start all over again.
this time I write Romance- two lovely puppies in the fields of wheat,
and turns into a fight over a begotten bus seat.
and then add a twist, terror is out,
and write about death and blood and things with a snout.
I end with a sunset make it all the deep,
but it sounds rather filmy with a poppy eye creep
so I add a little emotion maybe a dash of joy,
I start writing as a girl and end up as a boy!
sick of the mess and menace I finally quit.
and then all of a sudden I get one horrendous fit!
surprised I finally nailed the end!
so no more hearts and bridges that bend,
plain old love stories and Sherlock I will write,
and Burn It all for fire at the coming of the night!
