Tangled Up In Blue, What Did It Tangle Him, Untangle Him? A Pop Man's Looking Back Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Tangled Up In Blue, What Did It Tangle Him, Untangle Him? A Pop Man's Looking Back

Tangled Up in Blue,
The magic of the blue and the blues,
The journey from going rock, jazz and blues,
A strange blueness taking over
Dream, fancy and imagination,
Casting a charm, spell over,
But can it be broken?
However does it lure you,
You have but to look back in
With love and remembrance?

It is a re-look at one's past.
A recollection of what one did, what not
In going romantic, hippie, bohemian,
Playing the role of a loverboy,
A pop man trying to clutch it all in his stride,
Gathering strength, pace and emotion, passion of living
But the midnight galleries bereft of audience make one
Look back in regret and remorse
For what one stood, what one stood for.

Where will you leaving, breaking relationship,
If had had to break, why did, did you
Get attached to, feel drawn towards,
But you did without repenting for,
You loved and dropped out of your car
At the crossroads from where will a woman go,
Say you yourself?
