Taste of cherry
And tasted of wild berry
Taste of milk
As fine silk
Taste leaf
then in the dusk
Taste of lave ere
As crispy they fall
All along the garden path that speaks of tales of old in Valletta streets
taste of marine salt
Coming up the bastions
Hefty luscious Dawns heralding
And new days.
