Tattoos And Piercings Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Tattoos And Piercings

Tattoos and piercings

"These parrots and monkeys…" he shouted
First and then lowered voice and calmed down:
"…are worthless…"
Looked at him showed puzzles; my wonder:
"Who? Why? What? "
"Tattoos and piercing had reason and meaning
To show man is a man, wild he is, a rebel to stand
Has power, control and can take force of the sword…"
Commented in low tone but again anxiously rose his voice:
"But these kids, these monkeys are canvas get retouch
From painters and brush on skins; their designs
It's no pain, it is fun, some are fooled, some follow
Followers of the fool are shallow; modern kids worthless…"

Stopped him with a cough but went on:
"A parrot or monkey duplicates and copies; these kids too…"

I have seen on their legs, and the arms and some more
But never as far as he mentioned:
"…pull their pants and look at their asses, vaginas…"
