i close my eyes
and then i try
but i
forget why
i woke up this morning
with my stomach grumbling

out of the bed, i'm getting
from my room, i'm leaving
down the stairway, i'm walking
to the kitchen, i'm heading
in front of the refrigerator, i'm standing
now on the top of my head, i'm scratching
like 'ummmm! '
what did i come here for? what was i suppose to be doing?
with my stomach still grumbling
standing there like 'uummmm! '
