Embraced both by the military and civilians
Adopted by businessman of repute
With their profit driven desires
And their target controlled schedules

Teamwork is key to every industry
Connecting individuals from different backgrounds
With a solid string made of steel
And a common goal towards success
Arousing unimaginable energies
Emancipating the team members
To act as one, with one vision
To succeed at all costs

The heartbeat of the team is key
With its persistent controlled rhythm
And its life giving powers
It nourishes the team members
Coaching them to success
Addressing their shortcomings
Empowering their egos
With its shepherd-like attitude

Team members are the playmakers
With their effortless stride
And lubricated self-esteems
Working together as one
Discipline and hard work
Their daily bread
Dedication and selflessness
Their mantle
