a tear falls from my eye
my last dropp of hope falls
i stopped caring
my friends couldn't cheer me up
my parents gave up
my soul silenced
stopped saying how i truely feel
even if i told someone my feelings
i never scratched the surface.
soon my friends will copy my parents
they cant wait forever
i will lose what i hold close
i cry more tears
the pool of hope restored
my friends might go one day
but ill put on a smile
and hope for a brighter day
