Tears Of Sadness Poem by Margo Reid

Tears Of Sadness

My heart is tired and weary.
And at nights are cold and airy,
My eyes are welled with tears,
Like the water from a river,
I was shaken with fear,
And my whole body, began to quiver,
Tears start to drip from my eyes,
Caught me by surprise.

I sat for an hour
Like the blooming of a flower,
The change has come
And my hands went numb,
Here alone I sit and weep,
Sweet dreams, attend to me in my sleep
