Tears Of Sorrow - Poem by Sherif Monem
Tears of Sorrow flaunting me
Will the warm tears wash the pain?
Will the happy times that rolled by
appear and come back again?
Will the morning lights shine/
and brighten my day?
Will the pain remain
haunting the vanished dreams?
The pain in the heart is endured
The taste of life is sour
With the tears soaking my eyes
Trying to console me?
Will they heal my injured soul?
