Tell Me Poem by The runner who hides

Tell Me

Tell me not Breathe
So I can't live anymore
Tell me why I’m alive
Because I should be dead
Tell me it’s all a bad dream
So I can move on
Tell me it’s my time to die
Because I don't want to live with all this pain
Tell me why this is my story and tell me why I live like this
Tell me she’s moving back to Maine
I can't do this without her
Tell me she'll grow up and act older than she is
Tell me she'll stop being unsafe and finish school
Tell me this handful of anger I hold deep inside will leave me the f*@k alone
Tell me why No one can tell that I’m
Sick of trying
Sick of lying
And
Even though I’m smiling inside I’m dying
Tell me to tear down the Brick wall that separates me from getting close to people
Tell me to stop Adding bricks to the brick wall
Tell me to breathe
