Met her in a parking lot, walking to my car,
Her beauty was that of a Hollywood star.
But I knew right away........ she was country blood,
And she is all I am thinking of.

We caught on quick and we went for drinks
We talked about everything, even kitchen sinks.
And I saw in her eyes.... that she was thinking hard,
I can't believe that I was caught off guard
