Temptation Poem by omobolanle Abodunrin

Temptation

Beauitful and alluring
it calls to me, drawing me closer
''come'' it says to me
feel warmth
let my presence banish the darkness
let my embrace dispel the cold
let my embers dance for you
entralling you as i lull you to sleep

do not let the evidence of my powress frighten you
nor should you look upon the charred black and sooty remains of what used to be called a house
do not let your memory return to the festering sores caused by my kisses
you are different, special
not a hair on your haed will be singed
do you believe me?
