Tender Lady Poem by Michael Cochrane

Tender Lady

My fair one smiling lovingly as we look towards the western isles.
The sky blue and the sunlight beams on the sand as i hold you in my arms.
I count my blessings one by one.
Each day is happiness with you.
When sunset falls, the day is over and twilight comes.
Tender lady so fair and fine night is serene and in a dreamy sleep we fall in sweet embrace.
