Terrified Poem by Pasquale DiMeola

Terrified

At the unmitigated moment
When the abhorrent expressions
On the unfortunate faces
Of the unsteady individuals
Become eternally enshrouded
From all the living
To the meandering souls
Of the spirit world
We leave our final portrait
To the lord of death
And set our journey
Into a new frame of mind
No one on this earth will see.
