Thank You - Poem by Chester H. Reeve
My heart felt thanks to you is made of many special things,
The warmth and happiness your valued friendship brings,
The little things you do to me, that mean so very much,
The way we are especially close and always keep in touch.
My heart felt thanks to you is for things I cannot chart or measure,
Just knowing you had brought me joy and hours of untold pleasure,
The way you look with a real happy smile,
The sparkling eyes like diamonds, make me want to stay a while.
You are a special and loveable friend who grows more dear,
With every birthday and every glorious year.
