Thank you God
For your mercy and grace
That has enabled me to wake up.

Thank you God
For the gift of life
That you have given me today.

I'm not wise to be among the living
It's your grace towards me
And that unending love

To forgive me my sins
No matter how big they may be
You wash me thoroughly always.

Thank you for your son Jesus
Who carried my shame on the cross.
There's nothing to say except thank you.
