Thankful
They say there is so much to be thankful for
Health
Love
Happiness
Family
Wealth
when you dont have one of those things people freak out
you dont have family
'i dont deserve to live'
you dont have wealth
'i wont amount to anything'
you dont have love
'i am not worth anything'
you dont have health
'i should never have been born'
you dont have happiness
'im not loved'
the truth is having one of these things is wonderful
but having the mind to realize you do is grand

Learning to be grateful for the things we have brings joy to the heart. It is something that many do not practice. Your poem is very eye opening. Focus on positives and not negatives. Nicely expressed.
