That Day Will Come Poem by Delicate Rosalynne

That Day Will Come

Rating: 5.0

Let go, it's not worth it.
All this pain; I don't deserve it.
I live my life, day by day.
Trying to think of other ways.
The pain, the sorrow, i can not borrow.
I'll lye down forever tomorrow.
I'll spare you the time to say good-bye,
I bet I'll be left to wonder why.
I did my best, I gave my all.
I guess you'll know that i did fall.
I fell and got hurt oh so bad,
But i won't be the one feel sad.
When worst comes to worst, you'll get your pay.
And with tears in your eyes will make my day.
I'm depressed now, but you will see.
With the grin on my face, I'll show you how cruel i can be.
