That First Glance Poem by Deepak Calyampoondi

That First Glance

I was not myself at That time,
I became a rose,
And i could smell the fragrance,
This was how it all began.

I laughed in joy!
Have i found something?
I cried at the sametime,
As i longed for Him.

In his company, I wasn't lonely,
But i became alone for the world,
Out of nothing came everything,
The Divine Mystery unfolded thrice.

I was touched,
And i bloomed,
In the eternal gardens of Heaven,
I drifted to a dimension different.

The clouds did not play a prank,
And His form came into being,
I saw His profile,
And my Sai's first glance.
