That Monster From My Toilet! (A Poem For Children) Poem by Jojoba Mansell

That Monster From My Toilet! (A Poem For Children)

That monster in my toilet,
it really went too far.
It bit my daddy’s bottom,
It stole my new toy car.

It shouted “Boo! ” at my nan,
and pulled my sister’s hair.
It kicked me up the backside,
and launched me through the air!

I tried to tell it off,
to make it stop being bad.
But it’s feeling mischievous,
and likes to bite my dad.

We tried to sell our toilet,
we tried to get another.
The final straw came the day,
it shouted “Bum! ” at mother!

It really is a terror,
its manners are no good.
So we’re sealing up the toilet,
in a strong box made of wood.
