Some days are bright, a sunny gleam,
Others feel like a shadowed dream.
We laugh and sing with happy heart,
Then tears may fall, a somber part.
The sun can shine, then clouds may creep,
While valleys low and mountains steep.
A flower blooms, a vibrant hue,
Then fades and wilts, as seasons do.
But in the change, a beauty lies,
Beneath the ever-watching skies.
For joy needs sorrow, day needs night,
To make our lives a glowing light.
Like trees that shed, then grow anew,
With leaves of green and morning dew.
We bend and sway, we rise and fall,
Embracing LIFE, embracing all.
