The Altruist - Poem by Arun kumar

Why are you like that?
Like a bouquet of flowers.
All virtues but thy servant.
That's no good, be a bit wicked!

Why are you like that?
Like an innocent infant.
You see no wicked; but all good!
That's no good; do blame sometimes!

Why are you like that?
Like the silky Sunshine.
You ignite the best all around
That's no good; pour evil sometimes!

Why are you like that?
Like the 'perfect' which many seek.
I feel so jealous of you
Jealous of your best feast.

Why are you like that?
Like a rain on the harvest field.
You give life to the dying one.
That's no good; do kill sometimes!

Why are you like that?
Like the endless boundless sky.
You pervade the life of every one
That's no good; setback please...
