The Angel Storm Poem by Reba Hurt

The Angel Storm

I see the lightening, i hear the thunder. As the rain glistens from the sky, Nana. My first thought; hoping she's not mad. I think to myself to a small conclusion. She's bowling with the angels smiling. Drinking her coffee and having a great time. As she used to say when we were little. Fear no storm for its just angels bowling. Everyday i miss her and think about her. I know now she's in a better place watching. Beside me she walks with, watchin over lettin me know everything's okay. The lightening pretty, the thunder scary, the rain calming as i lay there at night listening to evry sound as she watches. Rest in heavenly peace nana. I miss you
