The Answer Poem by Maymay Marie

The Answer

I walked one day with no cents held,
Everything seemed empty nothing to use,
Then, all of a sudden in one touch,
The paper white had a bill.

There were so much to think,
Yet the hasty time did not nod,
Requiring a step in each,
Remembering above who gave an answer.

Tides came and went to the horizon,
In a distance they were, but a memory,
That once created a path for victory,
After all, the background became aglow.

Everyone in the room were amazed,
Clasping their hands for the miracle,
The one walked at the center talked,
That her deepest Question that day was answered.
