The Beast Poem by Ciera Ivey

The Beast

Misunderstood
To say the least
Strangled words
Come from the beast
Claws rip through skin
Torn flesh bleeds
But she hides away
For love, she has no need
Secluded...
It's best anyway
Because she's misunderstood
The beast's words get in the way
