The Boatman Poem by bonifacio alba

The Boatman

The boatman with his oar
Paddling over the open seas
So limpid and cool to feel
The breeze glides tenderly
-On that dawn of sailing.
Only the Phoenix and moon,
-Witnessed the boatman.
Sailing towards his way …
A destination he only knows
That may bring him
To the mountainside
-Of his dreams and passion.
