The Bond Finale Poem by Abu Imran

The Bond Finale

An angel i met

No! ‘ twas a seraph instead

She bore a twinkle in her eyes

Yes! From her brown eyes i was born

But

Her soft smile stole my life

And, gave me LIFE

So now;

Am nothing but a LIVING corpse

As if all were not enough:

She swindled my objection with her lambent body

Yet;

She unarguably objected

To assignment of any lesser value than perfect

To her unchallenged serenity

I laughed and cried

From joy and exhilaration

Inertly I experienced

Her tanned chocolate complexion

Calculated to hit every man’ s libido

Like a silent thunderstorm,

Every invisible and visible curve engraved

On her structure by an unrivaled

Designer and Creator,

Incredibly bent my mind's eye

She let my physical onto hers and:

Her macromastic torso

Lifted my spirit on top of the possibility that

The twins could hold a blazing candle astride when

She places her height onto her feet

Her ambience… Wow! Her feel

Can never be understood – certainly

By any cosmic creature

Not even by an infinitely intelligent being

Not even

By her!

Her lips to kiss

Neither cold to freeze

Nor hot to burn

But warm enough – just enough

To heal a soul

Alive or dead!

Am neither i nor she, her – we’ re I

A solid amalgam

Of a seraph and a LIVING corpse

Perfect as perfection would allow

Describes the bonding of

Two souls inundated in love

At a moment of insight

After many before –

Irrecoverable spaces

Before

This is really good. I particularly like the section 'Every invisible and visible curve engraved On her structure by an unrivaled Designer and Creator, Incredibly bent my mind's eye'
