The Bonding Of A Boy And Girl Poem by The Devil From Hell

The Bonding Of A Boy And Girl

A little girl standing lonely
Wishing to play but only
She was new and had no friends
So she would stand alone for days on end
She watched others laugh and play
Watching quietly day after day
The teacher’s that she hung about
Tried so desperately to help her out
But it was awkward and she was shy
Until one day she met a guy
He was sweet and oh so kind
He had a very brilliant mind
She fell for him when he said hey
They began to hang out every day
They talked for hours at a time
Giving no reason or no rhyme
Talking long talking freely
Never becoming touchy feely
Then one day he said to her
Dou you love me and she said sure
Then he grinned and she smiled
And they sat and talked a while
But their happily ever after does not come here
Fore first they must shed some tears
Cause soon after they got together
Thinking love last forever
The girl’s guy moved away
Wishing loudly that he could stay
They sent letters to each other
Staying in touch with one another
Then soon the letters died
And with them they said good bye
The years flew by and memories faded
Their hopes and dreams became jaded
They matured and got older
The girl herself got much bolder
The guy himself became a poet
And the better he got the more he showed it
Then one day when the girl was twenty two
She bought a book buy an author she knew
She read the book all the time
Every lyric and every rhyme
The author one day was signing books
So she decided to take a look
She got in line with other fans some had books and soda cans
Then soon it was her chance
She was so happy she could’ve dance
The author said without looking up
Do you want a signed book or coffee cup
She said a book for me please sir
He still did not look up at her
To whom it is that I should sign
She said to a friend from back in time
And at this he lifted his head
Do you still love me was as he said
And she of course I still do
Do you still love me too
And he said of course you are my girl
The only one for me in this whole world
Then he grinned and she smiled
And they sat and talked a while
